I participated in the IU Chinese Flagship program and studied Psychology, graduating with a Bachelors in Chinese and Psychology. After spending my capstone year in China and interning at a Chinese mobile game developer, I graduated and was offered a human resources position at the organization in 2014. I remained there for a year and in 2015, I returned to the US to work at an engineering organization in Indiana as an operations specialist to help build their organizational infrastructure, while also saving money for a masters program. I was accepted into the Erasmus Mundus European Master in System Dynamics in 2016 and have been completing the program and continue to work part-time. I will be writing my masters thesis in spring/summer 2018 in collaboration with a United Nations sustainable economics consultancy to study project evaluation and organizational change.
