Rebecca Ross-Field is a human resources professional with over 25 years of experience in the field. Rebecca brings extensive HR experience in higher education and non-profit organizations, most recently serving as Human Resources Manager for the Ronald McDonald House in Charlotte, North Carolina. Her past experience includes the National Safety Council, Goodwill Industries, and a long tenure at Purdue University.
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Purdue University, and she is a certified facilitator in Myers-Briggs (MBTI) and Change Management (Prosci). Rebecca and her husband, Ken, are Hoosier natives and recently moved to Bloomington. Ken also works at the University as Director of Residential Dining. Rebecca enjoys traveling, cooking, running, reading and spending time with family. She and Ken are proud to be part of the IU family. They enjoy being back home close to family and friends, and they are looking forward to meeting new people.
