Rachel Nefertari Boveja, Ph.D., is a Career Coach with a whole-being approach. An advocate for bringing the community together through education, authentic understanding and diplomacy, she is thrilled to work with students from the Hamilton Lugar School of Global and International Studies. Rachel recently completed her doctorate in the IU School of Public Health with a concentration in Global Studies from the Hamilton Lugar School. Her continued research regarding Middle Eastern and North African Refugee Health, as well as Wellness in Antiquity, has given her opportunities to work in wellness, diplomacy, foreign policy, and multicultural education. Rachel is also an international cultural health diplomacy consultant, the Southwest Asia and North Africa Co-Chair with Women of Color Advancing Peace and Security in Washington, D.C., on the board of the FBI Citizen’s Academy with the Indianapolis Field Office, and a member of foreign policy groups; Women’s Foreign Policy Group, Young Professionals in Foreign Policy and Black Professionals in International Affairs.
