How it works
The Mentor Collective matches you with a mentee based on common interests, background, academics, and the student's professional aspirations. From there, you'll meet with your mentee—usually via video chat—at least once per month. Talking points may include:
- How academic paths impact professional options
- Balancing the demands of school with other obligations
- Setting oneself up for academic, social, and career success
